ELM™ (Emotional Liberation Method)is a trauma-informed method that reforms neural pathways and expands the resilience and capacity of the nervous system. Sessions are made up of 3 parts: Grounding, Breath & Release, and Integration.

How Elm Helps With Depression

“ELM asks participants to actively participate and learn about their nervous system somatically as they move through it. This is its power, and the key to lasting change.”

-Dr. Christian Gonzalez, Elm Creator

The ELM Sequence

Part 1
Grounding & Resourcing

Each session begins with 10 minutes of intentional grounding & resourcing, to approach the delicate inner work from a stable emotional place.

Part 2
Breath & Release

While lying down, you’ll be guided through a specific breath technique for 25 minutes to move deeply-stored stuck energy in your body.

Part 3
Integration

Your practitioner will guide you through an integration process where you’ll make critical connections between your mind and body, to promote sustained harmony.
